Our warranty process is extremely simple.
To file a warranty claim all you need to do is email email@example.com
You will need to include your name, purchase receipt, phone number, issue, and pictures of the issues.
For pontoons/tritoons - you make take your boat to any authorized service center, please notify us of the drop off so we may make contact with that service center. Any warranty work must be pre-authorized and under warranty to be covered by our warranty process. Any non pre-authorized warranty work, will not be covered under the warranty, AKA surprise bills and claims. We must be apart of the process for warranty to be covered. Any warranty questions just email us or refer to your warranty documents.
For E-Koolers, Paddleboards, and inflatables - You will email firstname.lastname@example.org, however no labor is covered under the warranty as explained in the warranty. If you purchased your product through a reseller, you must go through that reseller.
